I would like to bring to consumer and PVR Management notice a major fraud happening in PVR Cinemas Bangalore. I purchased two tickets for evening movie on 15/07/09 at counter and the person gave me two tickets. I entered the cinema hall and found the seats were already allotted to someone else. When i asked the ticket checker, he said it is a printing mistake and requested me to adjust and sit in front rows where there are empty seats. Later after the movie i realized that the tickets given to me were cancelled by someone. In the application/software the ticket is cancelled and issued to other persons. But the hard-copy of the ticket was held by the counter person and it was given to me. I am sure that the money collected from me will go into counter person’s pocket and not to PVR management. I cant believe PVR employees making frauds like this…
