To enable this plan you have to top up Rs.45 which is valid for 1 year from the date of recharge please note that the validity of SIM remain the same

Recently I took a railway ticket and surprised to see that BSNL is offering 1 paisa/min, i was surprised, and Googled about this , but can’t find such information.All the service providers here in India are now providing the cheap caller rates.With a large competition around, the Government service providers also had to think out of box, to stay in competition.
