i hv purchased symphony winter(Rs 8000) in last season .and plz believe me i use it for 20 days maximum because of its poor cooling. there is no customer care service in delhi . I found a customer service phone no. of gujrat they gave me a mobile no. for delhi customers, i keep calling to that person but he never come to me and stopped picking my phone…………

I have symphony jumbo desert cooler for past 2 years. Evrery year my private technician services it before summer starts. This year also it is serviced but it refuses to start on its own unless prompted with some foot scale by pushing it blades. after wasting 20-25 mnts it starts but if you put it off then again you need to spare 20-25 mnts to make blades rotate. To avoid the hassle I have kept the cooler running for 60 hours. If the consumption is 250 vwatts then it shall be one unit every four hours eg Rs7/- x 6 would be 42/- per day and this is my 3rd day, so I have already spent 126/- and do not know how much i would need to pay to MSEB. It is just the start and the worst fear that creeps in my mind is, what if the motor/copper winding gets burnt. I dont know what is in store for me. I cant even trow the bloody thing as it has casted me 6000/- plus. God save us.
